The rooms are neat and pleasant with comfortable beds, the dining options are affordable for every meal, the staff is fantastic, it's in an amazing location right by the cable car to the island, and overall great service with convenient onsite parking.

Very good location. Facilities are good. Nice rooms. Vibrant colors. It create a good mood when staying in the room.

The bathroom have no bath tub and It's a bit overpriced.

Room service chicken rice is delicious, comfy bed, spacious room and bathroom for family of 4, loft bed is a hit with the kids, balcony adds a cozy touch.

There is lack of directions to Festive Hotel.

Not as elegant as expected. Very very convenient for those who planned for USS and Casino. However, ignoring Festive Hotel or other RW hotels and staying at any other city hotels would also do and not a sin at all. The deluxe family king room we stayed was rather wear n tear despite its good reputation. The sofa bed was not quite comfortable unlike the double bed. The loft bed was big enough to accommodate any young adults or those who are not taller than 165 cm. Toilet was good. Pool was not cheerful enough for kids unlike those of Disney resorts. But still, very convenient to move around Sentosa Island.

This place has an amazing location right in front of the pool, making it super convenient. It's housed in a brand-new building in an awesome area! 🌟

Ya.. Good hotel.. Next time i'll stayback again in this Hotel. I will recommend to other people.. I like Deluxe Family King this kind of design,the room can suit for up to 5pax include children. Well,good hotel..

Friendly and efficient check-in. Our family room was spacious enough and had a bunk bed that my daughter loved. The bathroom was clean and had good amenities. The curtains kept the room dark for a good night's sleep. The breakfast at the nearby Hard Rock Hotel was plentiful with no queues. The swimming pool was perfect for a family swim. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Near to theme park

Long que for check-in and at concierge. The hotel should put more staffs during the peak hours. They should also consider aligned their check-in hours with the flight arrival from regular holiday maker. Some flight arrived in the morning and having young children waiting till 3pm making them restless. Not enough seats at waiting area for those who come before 3pm check-in.

We had a fantastic time at Festive Hotel! The pool area was amazing, and our kids absolutely loved it. The hotel even surprised our twins with a complimentary birthday cake in our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. we had a great family experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was very close and walking distance which is excellent for travellers with young kids. The room was perfect for a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. It was beautiful seeing the cable cars, singapore skyline and hardrock hotel pool and some of maritime museum from our balcony on the 7th floor. If resorts world send us updates of special accommodation offers via email we would love to come again!

I did not see a display area for tourists regarding everything to do with Sentosa including vouchers, discounts, commuting via taxi and monorail, prices for entry to any venue etc. This would have been very handy if there was one at the front desk.

The facilities are amazing, and it's conveniently located within walking distance of the Sentosa Merlion. We had a fantastic experience.
